Called before christmas. They seemed very nice. Came right out made assessment then nothing for a month. Kept telling us the part was on order. We had been without a working heat pump the whole time. Still using space heaters. The part they said we needed didn't fix the problem. Here we are...
Bought a house in Lexington in August had them come out and inspect the boiler they said it was in working condition. Well went to turn it on and nothing, called a technician from different HVAC and said that it never would of worked it had a bad valve gas wouldn’t stay lit. So he never checked it
