I called this office for my grandma to get information about selling her home in Henrietta. I asked if someone could help me in the area and the broker Brant answers simply no I can’t do that and hangs up in my face. I call back to see if they even service the area he then says yes... what do you want.... I can’t fathom how he gets business but as soon as he heard my voice he didn’t want to answer any of my questions or hear anything that I had to say. I suggest anyone looking for property or wanting to sell please go else where. Awful.
