Dr. case and staff are amazing! We go there for vet and boarding. No complaints very happy with them!
He has a genuine care for the animals. Which unfortunately is so hard to come by in a lot of city vets. He and the staff really care and are extremely friendly and helpful.

My dog struggles with allergies and skin sensitivity, as well as shedding. Back home in Oklahoma, our vet couldn't figure out why he was like that and kept giving him prednisone (a steroid) which made him have to urinate a lot (causing accidents in the house). Dr. Case immediately said to take him off the steroid for it can cause liver damage, and put him on cephlexin, an antibiotic that he can be on for the rest of his life, as well as having me buy a shampoo strictly for those. Love.
We have been going to Dr. Case for years. We first started going when we lived in Lexington. When we moved to Independence we stayed with Dr. Case.
We now live in Colorado and have found ourselves driving back in major cases with our animals. We do travel back to MO every couple of months bc of family which makes this possible.
We are still looking but rest assured if something does pop up we can call for advice. Or just plan a trip to have the care we need for our furry family.

But honestly every vet we have had here has not come close to the standards Tails West has set. Nor did we feel comfortable under the care of the vets and the staff. The team as a whole is important. And if someone is unwilling to be helpful how can one feel reassured they will give the best care possible. Love and friendliness is the only communication an animal understands. Which Dr. Case and the Tails West family gives to animals and humans alike.
