Indoors auction house with seating. They have concessions, with the food being pretty good. Most items go for pretty reasonable prices, so you probably won't break the bank. Only minor complaint is that this auction house tends to sell every little thing individually, even when some items should be sold as a flat due to them not being worth much. So the auction tends to drag on.
